Training of Trainers

Knowing a subject is not enough to train on it. Training people of different age groups, different cultures, different geographies, and different intellect requires different competencies.

FESDIP organizes sessions for professionals to understand the training specific needs, do and don’t, methods and tools to ensure efficient learning process. Post these sessions participants are also able to identify training needs, to design a training session and to ensure a proper follow-up of a course both for the clients (evaluation) and for the trainees (knowledge transfer).

Generally these sessions will be of 5 days, but subjected to the requirements the duration can be reduced up to 3 days.

Certificate of Participation is provided to the participants and they will be allowed to join online discussion rooms.
